If the apartment you have chosen is available, and you would like to reserve it, please complete the Online Reservation Form.
As soon as I receive your completed reservation form, I will email you the "Guest Agreement". This is basically a contract that confirms the terms of the rental (dates, rental amount, etc.) and includes instructions for sending the reservation deposit (equal to 50% of the rental amount).
To confirm your booking, please print out the Guest Agreement, sign it, and fax it back to me at +33 1 42 22 69 83. The reservation deposit is also due at this time.
Once I have received both the signed Guest Agreement and the reservation deposit, the reservation is made! The balance of the rent is then due 6 weeks before your arrival. Upon receiving the balance, I'll send you all the information you'll need for your stay, including, of course, how to pick-up the keys! If I'm in Paris (I usually am), I'll arrange to meet you to show you around the apartment and to answer any questions you may have.
